Description EXOTIC Origins/History: Psilocybe ovoideocystidiata, also known as “ovoids”, is a species native to the PNW and the northeast US that grows on wood debris and fruits in early spring and late fall. This species has spores distinguishable from other species and is a great specimen for comparison studies under the scope! The original spores to create this culture was collected from wild specimens. This is a culture syringe (LC), similar to the isolates offered, but it is not from an isolated set of genetics. This culture represents a mix of spore genetics, but has the other benefits of isolate LCs. Recommended Expertise: 6-10 out of a 1-10 scale Intermediate/Experienced   All syringes are for microscopy/art/collection purposes only. Each syringe is 10 mL and comes capped with a separate sterile 18 g needle. Each syringe comes with a collector’s card print out that has the batch date the syringe was produced. Due to environmental, genetic, and other conditions, the phenotype contained within the spores may be different than the collector’s card image. All varieties, especially mutant ones, are vetted to ensure the correct genetics are being sold.
